Sometimes taking any amount of time off, away from the daily routine, can work wonders. One day to reset your energy in a symbiosis of culinary highlights, guaranteed well-being and the most modern alpine-country ambience in the middle of the Ötztal Alps.
According to your needs you can add a massage or any of our beauty treatments to make your spa day perfect.
In your day SPA experience included:
- Indoor pool and outdoor whirlpool
open daily from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm - Outdoor pool
open daily from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm - Sauna area with 4 saunas
open daily from 1pm - 8pm - Two relaxation rooms
- Gym and Gymnastics room, as well as participation in our activity program, such as Pilates, Yoga etc.
- Bathrobe and towels

Day SPA
We are also pleased to welcome day guests in the Bergland SKY SPA, on 2,200 m² above the roofs of Sölden. The sauna area with 4 saunas, indoor and outdoor pool, two relaxation rooms, fitness and gymnastics room, participation in the active program, bathrobe, towels and slippers are at your disposal. To make your day as pleasant as possible, we ask you to make a reservation in advance.

A few lengths in the indoor pool, soothing warmth in the outdoor hot tub or relaxing in the outdoor pool – ideal for easing gently into the day.

Several saunas, including a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, clothing-worn sauna and a steam bath, offer intense, deep relaxation.
• Treatments & moments of pampering:
Beauty treatments, soothing massages and therapeutic treatments relieve tension and restore your energy.
• Find peace and quiet:
Between your wellness sessions, spacious relaxation areas invite you to simply lie back, read or enjoy the silence.
